Property management software where AI does the prep and you make the call.

Relagent puts trust accounting, rent, maintenance, leases and tenant messages in one place. Built-in AI agents get the next step ready, and nothing goes out until a person approves it.

No pricing or self-serve sign-up yet. We're bringing on a small number of teams and setting each one up by hand.

One system

The core of a property management office, together.

Each part uses the same records, so a payment, a work order and a lease always agree with each other.

  • Accounting & trust

Escrow, rent and operating accounts kept separate. General ledger, bills and bank reconciliation.

  • Rent & payments

Online rent and autopay for tenants. Each payment posts to the ledger automatically.

  • Maintenance

Tenants send requests from the portal. You track work orders and vendors from start to finish.

  • Leases

Lease templates in your own wording, e-signatures and renewals.

  • Communications

Messages and announcements to tenants and owners, all kept with the right property.

  • Documents

Leases, notices and files filed by property, unit and person, and shared through the portal.

Approval Center

AI that asks before it acts. In development

Agents handle the busywork around payments, work orders and messages. Each action goes to one queue, and a person decides.

  1. An agent prepares it

For example a late-rent reminder, a vendor dispatch or a payment match.

  2. It waits for you

The action shows up in Pending Approvals with the records it's based on.

  3. You decide

Approve it, edit it first, or deny it with a reason. Every decision is logged.

The rule: Relagent's AI never sends, pays or changes anything without a person's approval.

Questions

Before you ask for access.

Who is Relagent for?

Property management companies and owners with roughly 50 to 1,000 units. We're starting in Pennsylvania.

How much will it cost?

We haven't set pricing yet. There's no charge to request early access, and early-access teams will hear about pricing before anyone else.

Can I move over from my current software?

We plan to help early-access teams bring over properties, units, tenants, leases and balances. Tell us what you use today on the form.

Is my company's data kept separate?

Yes. Every record belongs to one company, and the database itself keeps each company's data apart.

Does the AI act on its own?

No. Agents prepare work and a person approves it. Nothing is sent, paid or changed without that approval.

I'm a tenant. Where do I sign in?

Use the web address your property manager gave you, or sign in at login.relagent.io.
